Twerk in Heels | Sunday, May 17th✨ Step into your power with a one-hour intensive designed to help you feel sexy and confident. This class is dedicated to twerk technique and empowering choreography, all while wearing your favourite pair of heels to enhance the silhouette and energy. What we’ll cover: Technique: A breakdown of essential twerk mechanics. Choreography: A fierce, sexy routine tailored for all levels—no experience required. The Goal: To leave feeling stronger, more confident, and connected to your body. When: Sunday, May 17th | 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM Where: Espace des Arts - 9 St-Catherine E, Montreal QC. (2nd floor) Outfits: Wear what makes you feel fierce. (Heels encouraged, but not mandatory!) and don't forget your knee pads! (I have a few pairs to lend for new students) See you there 👠 ✨
